				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Christiaan Richter (Utrecht, 26 March 1990) is a Dutch composer and pianist.</p>
<p>After having shown talent for music at a young age, Christiaan started to play the piano at the age of 7 and soon after that, he started to compose. In 2001 he participated in the Nieuwjaarsconcert with his composition <em>Tree&#8217;s</em>, with the Netherlands Wind Ensemble at the Concertgebouw, Amsterdam, which was broadcasted live on television. Two times he won the 1st prize at the Prinses Christina Compositie Concours, in 2003 and 2007; with his composition <em>iMages</em>he won the commission for the International Masterclass Apeldoorn at the Young Composers Meeting 2010 in Apeldoorn, and he won the Tera de Marez Oyens Prize 2011. Also, he wrote the compulsory piece for the Iordens Violin Days 2010 (category IIB).</p>
<p>Christiaan studies composition at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague with Martijn Padding and Diderik Wagenaar (and Calliope Tsoupaki 2008-2010), with a minor in music theory with Diderik Wagenaar, Paul Scheepers and Bert Mooiman, and piano lessons from Gerard Bouwhuis. He also took composition masterclasses from Richard Ayres, Jan van de Putte, Michael Smetanin and Helena Tulve.</p>
<p>Previously, Christiaan studied composition with Henk Alkema at the young talent class of the Utrecht Conservatory (2004-2008), and took piano lessons from a.o. Marcel Baudet, Ton Hartsuiker, Leon Bak, Henk Ekkel and Ko Zwanenburg.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Vera Sander is director of the Centre for Contemporary Dance and Professor for Contemporary Dance at the University for Music and Dance Cologne and has since been central to its development as teacher, publisher and organizer. She teaches e.g. contemporary dance, choreography and performance practice. She worked as choreographer, dancer or teacher with e.g. Tanzforum Köln (D), Dansgroep Krisztina de Chatel (NL), Itzik Galili (NL), Semperoper Dresden (D), DV8 (UK), Adventures in Motion Pictures (UK) as well as for a diverse range of international Festivals.</p>
<p>Her interest centers on choreographic and body knowledge as a source for interdisciplinary and intercultural creativity. She has been regularly invited to lead workshops and classes as well as to collaborate to share her research.</p>
<p>She is one of the four speakers of the “Dance Education Conference Germany” and as such member of the steering group of the Dance Education Biennale, a national forum for exchange and encounters between students and teachers that provides a platform for artistic presentations, lectures, workshops and professional trainings to create a lively exchange atmosphere about dance and choreography, as well as about different approaches in education and work between students, teachers, artists, researchers and audience.</p>
<p>She participated in the research project “Dance Techniques 2010” initiated by tanzplan deutschland and is currently occupied with the establishment and development of study programs and exchange formats in the field of dance.</p>
<p>Vera Sander studied at London Contemporary Dance School (UK) and Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Amsterdam (NL).</p>

She was awarded a scholarship in the “Centro Andaluz de Danza” (CAD) of Seville, directed by Pilar Pérez Calvete, Carolina Armenta, Isabel Vázquez and Olivio Sarrat. She participated many dancing courses with teachers of renowned international prestige. Paloma is dancer and a founding member of the “Espacio Latente” company, which has staged the play “Niños de Escenas” (December 2011). Moreover, she is working in the “Ananda Dansa” company with its play “El Mago de Oz” (The Wizard of Oz) in the role of Dorothy. Currently, she is in her third year of choreographic specialization at Conservatory of  Dance of Valencia.</p>
